McConnell joined the company in 2007.  McConnell received her bachelors from Drury University and her Masters in English from Missouri State University.

New promotions have been made at Turnaround Solutions for Senior Housing. Amanda Tweten has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. She previously served as Director of Marketing and Outreach. Prior to joining Turnaround Solutions, she specialized in marketing for healthcare and print media. She is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University in General Studies with an emphasis in Communication and Political Science.

Stephanie Greer has been promoted to Director of Marketing and Outreach. She served as a team member for Turnaround’s sales and marketing campaigns prior to her new role. She previously served as Account Executive for the Springfield News-Leader, a Gannett owned newspaper, where she managed advertising for Parent and Family Magazine. She is a graduate of Missouri State University in Advertising and Entertainment Management.

Turnaround Solutions for Senior Housing has promoted three team members to project manager roles: Ginger Harrison, Maggie McConnell, and Brandon Schleeter. These individuals are responsible for overseeing the onsite sales campaigns, staff and coordinating all marketing outreach for Turnaround’s specialized projects.
