Arrow Senior Living managed the development of the community from start to finish.

This 86-bed, 66-unit community was developed around the philosophy of innovative senior living, and prides itself in resident-centered care. To increase resident satisfaction services provided at the community includes an innovative all-day dining program and a full and balanced resident calendar providing sophisticated, yet easy to execute, programs appealing to a broad audience.

(O’ FALLON) – Turnaround Solutions, LLC, consulting company for senior housing, announced the promotion of Maggie McConnell to Regional Director.  She will be overseeing Midwest managed properties.

“Maggie is a proven leader as a regional sales director,” said Stephanie Harris, founder and CEO of Turnaround Solutions. “She possesses the ability to lead individuals and teams to achieve goals.  Maggie clearly understands our culture and the importance of resident-centered care.”

McConnell joined the company in 2007.  McConnell received her bachelors from Drury University and her Masters in English from Missouri State University.
